When do we get started?
Our first trainings started mid-November, we took a break for Christmas and were back early January for our founders group.
If you join as a new member, there will be two emails a week going out to start your onboarding so you will have access from that point to all previous recordings and all future events that are included in your plan.
A calender of events goes out before the start of each month so you can get dates in the diary.
How often do you release new content?
There will be four sessions each month of 1 hour each as outlined, we will also add additional content that we believe will benefit the group at intervals throughout the month too and you’ll get these updates by email on our members exclusive mailing list.
What sort of business people will be in the club?
Our vision is a membership community for solopreneurs, start-ups, small business owners or employees tasked with marketing challenges in need of a little support. We’ve worked with everything from start-ups to multi-nationals across all sorts of very different industries at varied stages of their journey so if you see yourself in that description, we’d love to have you join us.
Can I request specific training?
When you apply to join us we’ll ask you to share a little detail about you and also to let us know if there’s something you’d specifically like support with. Where we see trends, we’ll look to build them into our programme to suit.
What is 'The Directory'?
The ‘Directory’ is our all-new directory platform which you can view at ThePracticalBusinessDirectory.com – ideal for those who like to network, get more visibility for their business and to enjoy occasional trainings that get their attention too. There is also a free members Facebook group for support available also, you will get an invite once you’ve signed up and it’s available for the duration of your membership.
Can I cancel at any time?
If you’re on a 30-day membership plan you can cancel with 30 days notice. If you are on an annual plan you’ll get a reminder at 11 months so you can make a decision on whether you wish to stay with us for a further year or not.
What age group will be in this community?
Debbie and Hanna each have decades of experience and remember a world without smartphones, SEO or social media, so whether you identify with that world or are just starting out, you’re welcome to join us inside The Practical Marketing Club. Age is just a number here!
What if time is in short supply?
We know how it can be difficult to make time for training so we’ve created our trainings with a difference. The live sessions are one-hour, mini-sessions (5-15mins) will be pre-recorded. And, the times and days of the week will vary because we know that making money comes first and we don’t want you to miss out because our schedule doesn’t suit yours, this way our time suits everyone at some point.
Is there any form of community support?
We have created a presence across all the social media channels and have a private members only group for the members of The Practical Marketing Club on both LinkedIn and Facebook to suit the users preference of platform.
Members who subscribe to our listing only offer for The Practical Business Directory will be invited to a Facebook group once they’ve signed up, this group is also available to members of The Practical Marketing Club if they wish to join there too.
